It is with a heavy heart we share that Vermont Space Grant Consortium lost their Director, Darren L. Hitt, on Friday, May 10, 2019. Darren was well recognized for his research, mentorship, compassion and ability to share his love of science and NASA. We lost a truly amazing man far too soon. Our heart breaks for his friends and family. Darren was the sitting Chair of National Space Grant Foundation; we thank him for his service.
