Science Presentation at Blessed Sacrament Catholic School on May 29, 2018. There were 35-40 4th and 5th graders shortly before school let out for summer break. We discussed the planets with the kids and also did activities that helped them to see what they would weigh on each of the planets. We chatted with the children about the different careers at NASA, and we discussed what roles NIck Gorman and Brad Thompson were trying to go. We ended the event by fielding questions from the kids talking about a lot of different subjects but the most popular subject overall was whether or not Pluto was actually a planet.
