This activity provides year long fellowships to undergraduate students in New Jersey universities to conduct research at their universities. In the spring semesters, the academic year fellows prepare posters which are displayed at the academic year annual poster session. The poster session is open to the public and the fellows stand next to their posters and explain their research to visitors. During 2017, NJSGC made 27 academic year fellowship awards. This activity aligns with Objective 1.4.
