Maryland Space Grant Consortium (MDSGC), one of the original seventeen organizations selected by NASA to initiate the Space Grant program in 1989, remains committed to finding and fostering the future workforce in space related disciplines. Our focus is on empowering students across Maryland through hands-on learning experiences that align with NASA’s mission. We provide paid internships and scholarship awards; we administer funding opportunities to support student research, competitions, team projects, and more; we sponsor teacher professional development; and we welcome visitors of all ages and walks of life to our frequent, free stargazing events at our Observatory in Baltimore.
Every contribution matters. We would be honored to have your support. Please contact us at mdsgc@jhu.edu if you have special requests.
